WHAT THIS IS: This is designed to help VASSAL module authors quickly develop high resolution counter images. The basic size (600x600 pixels) is equivalent to 600 DPI for a 1-inch counter, far higher than print (300 DPI) or screen (200 DPI) for the foreseeable future.

NOTE FOR DEVS: Don't forget to clear your cache for the last hour if you're actively developing and adding new SVGs. If you don't clear the cache, you'll be wondering why the images aren't drawing correctly -- because the system is still loading the FIRST image from the cache, and not the latest modification from your hard drive.
