The Light Imperial-class Repulsortank shares the same medium-range chassis employed by the Medium and Heavy Imperial-class Repulsortanks. Its classification like the other two repulsortanks in the series is derived from the craft's armament. It is an economical version of the heavy repulsortank minus the expensive heavy gun intended primarily for a garrison tank. The 1-L is usually crewed by regular troops under the tight command of their sergeant via comlink. A passenger seat is maintained for use by the section sergeant or platoon sergeant major, both of whom traditionally shift vehicles from day to day. |
