The Nebulon-B2 Modified Frigate is an improved version of the Nebulon-B Frigate. Like its predecessor the Nebulon-B, this vessel has the same shield strength. However, unlike its predecessor the Nebulon-B2 features a stronger hull, carries more troops, requires a greater crew compliment, and is 50 metres smaller. Adding to its features is the exceptional armament of this warship. Also these six engine vessels have a far smoother body than that of their predecessor. The Nebulon-B2 sees service in both the Galactic Empire and the Rebel Alliance.
